Hiya, have a look around this site - https://www.gradcracker.com/search/all-disciplines/engineering-work-placements-internships
I found gradcracker to be one of the best places to search for such opportunities, but you could of course just use google or check out careers page of the company you wish to work for if they hire interns at the moment.
