KCL admissions contacts

Hi! Does anyone know how I should contact KCL if I have an urgent request? They refused to confirm or decline my conditional offer after the exam results came in, because I didn't meet the requirements, so I asked them (via King's Apply) to release me, but have never received a reply and they haven't released me. I need to accept the offer a different uni made me as soon as possible to be able to get a CAS and a visa on time (I'm an international student), but I can't do that until KCL declines or releases me. I sent one of my previous queries (on a different topic) 4 months ago and they never replied, so knowing them, they could be ignoring me right now in the same exact way. Their phone services operate only for prospective applicants and they never answered my emails or messages on Whatsapp . Are there any other ways of contacting them?

It might be worth calling UCAS and advising them of the above.

This response may not help you, but I am also having MASSIVE problems with Kings Apply. It's been 20 weeks since my application and they have not responded to me despite 3 messages on the portal. The only thing I was told was that for the application process for my course was that I was placed on hold for the programme. Like you I called them and in the automated voice-mail it says to go to the Kings Apply portal. What I have done is sent a generic email, and asked if it could be forwarded to any department I need to speak to. This response doesn't answer your question but I too share your frustration. If you have managed to contact them let me know.

Hi, I'm so sorry that you got to experience the same treatment. UCAS wasn't able to help me, so my university adviser gave KCL a call (they didn't help her either). I sent them several messages on King's Apply and they finally released me yesterday (I think I just got lucky). I don't know what exactly made them reply, but I can recommend reminding them several times a day/ giving them calls etc. Don't let them forget about/ ignore you
