The Devil is in your father. Either literally or metaphorically.

Get out of that house this week. Even if it means giving up on the dentistry or delaying it. And you having to get a job.
You should be able to get a job, easy peasy with your degree... And maybe some coaching on CV writing and job interviews.
Or even better, start your own business.

Dentistry will earn you loads. But the process of earning the money is not that great, compared other ways you can earn loadsa money.

Tell the uni and the loan people that there's been a change of plans, due to you being a victim of domestic abuse.
And see if they can provide you with the financial help that you need in order to go straight into dentistry without your father's fists hanging over your head.

Try to record every heated interaction with your dad. EG on your mobile phone, even if you only capture the audio.

There's dark humour in him saying you disrespect him. He deserves no respect whatsoever.

If justice were truly served, he'd spend some time in prison for beating you.
