A pretty normal size, if you ask me. OK, that's a joke. The statistics don't seem to be completely settled. Weirdly, there even seems to be a decades-long trend toward bigger over time, but I'm not sure if the research methods that were used to find that result are reliable. The most common answer I see reported based on sciency research is 5.5 - 6 inches (about 14 - 15.3 cm). Also, the average isn't the only number that matters. How much variation is there is also relevant. And I haven't found those numbers but my impression is that there may very well be significant variation. The largest and smallest measurements are pretty far away from average. Also, the standard deviation might be quite large, meaning that even among TYPICAL men there may be a large range from smallest to largest.
