Accommodation

I keep pressing the link on the UAL website to apply for accommodation but it leads me to a page that says "this page should not be called directly", sometimes it does lead me to the login page and I type my username and password and when I press login all the login information disappears. I applied late and accepted my offer only this morning and it's really frustrating me and upsetting me that I cant apply for my halls and I have been trying to all day. Is this happening for everyone or just me?

This has been happening to me as well ! I was going to accept my offer today and it just would not let me log in at all. I’ve emailed the accommodation contact email but heard nothing back… Their servers could just be down but its still frustrating
