Getting into university early??? (19 July)

My friend got into her course at the firm the university of lincoln already, as in she’s already got the confirmation email they usually send on results day. She received a reduced conditional offer when she applied originally. Does anyone know why this happens?? Has her offer become unconditional for reasons like lack of applicants
