University of Exeter St David Accommodation

Have an Accommodation offer for St.David's would be interested to hear from anyone else who has an offer as well. Also, I was a fresher at the uni last year so if you want to shoot me any questions about anything Exeter related I'll do my best to give you an answer.

I've look through some reviews about some students have reported that the maintenance of St David's accommodation is subpar, with issues in cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and equipment.
Is this real?

Hiya, I have an offer for st David’s kingdom mews! I’m a first year so have little/ no experience there but am looking forward to it!

I do have a question though, what exactly is kingdom mews? Like are there multiple st David’s buildings and one is called kingdom mews and the others have different names?

Also, what is your favourite place in Exeter? I’m trying to make a list of all the places I want to visit!

I’m not sure about the cleanliness though, I hope it’s alright😅

Hey I am staying in Kingdom Mews as well and as far as I understand, I think it's like a mini neighbourhood made up of independent student houses. Then there's Brunel close which i think are a bunch of flats. I could be very wrong but this is what It looks like from the limited resources available online.
