What subjects do you take and what will you apply for?
It might also be a good idea to change some of your uni choices to non RG ones for safety purposes.

if you want i do have a lot of aqa chem past paper questions by topic specifically for aqa. i did aqa maths too but i would definitely just keep doing all the past papers theyre really repetitive. if you have any specific maths question i may be able to help. let me know🙂 would be rewarding and i would be happy to help if i can

I’ve read that you want to go into a stem subject at uni, but could you be more specific please?

Coming from someone who’s just finishing their Masters in Biomedical Science (BSc in the same subject) and has a grand total of one A Level (D in Biology…).

So just letting you know, bad A Levels aren’t the end of the world, it just takes longer to hit your target. 🙂

I was referring to a Foundation year. It can work out better in some cases as it makes you more familiar with the university’s procedures in a less stressful position and your familiar with a new city, yes it’s an extra year but tbh, it works out fine.

Hi, maybe go through your old papers or ask your teachers for feedback. This will help you discover your weakest areas. Then red, amber and green them. Focus on the red parts.

Remember at the end of the day Russel group or not, getting into a competitive uni course such as STEM is still impressive! I’m applying to medicine myself and am applying strategically by not choosing all 4 as Russel group, and having safe options.
