how do i get over him??

hi everyone, i got broken up with yesterday after 9 months because he said he didn’t want a relationship anymore with anyone and said he didn’t love me anymore, how on earth am i supposed to move on, i obviously still love him but he said i deserve someone who will treat me the way i deserve and he said he couldn’t be that person, i get why like ofc you can’t make yourself love someone but how can i get over him because i didn’t do anything wrong so it feels weird being alone and i can’t bare the thought of him with someone else it kills me inside because he was supposed to be that one so how do i move on my parents said to just keep yourself busy but he’s all i think about, what do i do please help!
You should remove him from all socials or if you dont want to block just like do the resistricted thing and mute any messages so his socials wont come up anymore and hide any pictures of him as well
Getting dumped sucks and it can hurt deeply. It's happened to me a few times and it gets easier to deal with.

You need to talk with and be around those close to you. Developing coping skills takes time. I was love sick for a few weeks the first time.

It was so bad nobody could make me feel better. Worse was she was out and about doing things that made me even more upset.

Then finally I had a friend yell at me screw that person. Like a mantra for some self respect I should have had it really pulled me up from being so low. We just kept saying it over and over. It was great!

In the end I can safely say I've never looked back at any loses in my life (relationship, job, etc) and in a year or two not looked back and said thank God I moved on. Life has so much to offer.

Good luck ✌️

Friends, music, new pursuits, new love is the formula. It takes a while to get over it though

Ok so to get over him, you need to play the long game. Become good friends with him, gain his trust, make him think you are already over him. While you are doing this, make sure to do your best to increase the cholesterol content in his diet. Become a school dinner server, and always give him extra chips and salt. After a while, if your plans work well enough and your lucky, he will develop heart problems. At this point you need to bribe his doctor to prescribe capsule-style hear medication tablets. This is when you strike. You come to his house under the guise of helping to tutor his daughter to help her catch up in her french work. While nobody is looking, you will open up all of his pill capsules and replace the contents with a sugar based placebo. Repeat this over time, even when the doctor increases the dosage, and watch him succumb to his illness. On his deathbed, he will call on you, to thank you for being such a good friend to him, and teacher to his daughter, and at this point you will be proud to know, you are finally over him. Victory has been achieved.

I agree with you that's the best idea. If they go low I go lower.

Imagine yourself holding an ordinary pen (don't worry your favourite is in your pocket) and then let the pen go and imagine everything else going with it.
