Want to lose weight but hate gym environment

Can anyone suggest what cardio is best to lose weight? I do like jogging but have nobody to go with. I've heard there's like HIIT or something high intensity but for someone just starting out that's quite intense haha. Thanks

Do you actually need to lose weight? If so, you just need to be in a calorie deficit. Find out your daily requirements using a TDEE calculator and you can achieve it with diet and/or exercise or even just with tweaks to your eating habits. Even with exercise you still need to look at what you consume as you can't outrun a bad diet! Even walking and a healthy diet will be beneficial.

Are there any park runs or running groups near you? They will have grades of runners, so you can find others that fit your pace.

What about Zumba or Jazzercise? I did the latter, until the classes moved away from my area; I was a runner, but found this used completely different sets of muscles and my overall fitness improved very quickly.

I am 26 years old and 88kg with 5`10 height. Let me make it simple for you (I have been doing these things for the past 6 years). What only matters is calories intake and calories burned. You need to burn a lot more calories than you take. My BMR is 1800 calories daily but I set it to 500 calories only (because I am on calorie burning marathon and lost 3.5kg in 6 days), now I am taking 1800 calories but my body gets to get only 500, how? because I burn around 1300 calories daily by simply pace walking for 4 hours. I eat my normal meals but I burn most part of it.

If you want to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Dont listen to the people who say otherwise as they dont know what theyre on about.

Eat healthy and excercise, and if youre in a calorie deficit then you will lose weight. You need to work out your BMR though (essentially what calories you need ti maintain and then eat below that)

Team RH on tiktok is very very honest and to the point but food.

Jogging is a great start, and you can definitely see results with it. If you’re interested in something more intense, you might want to ease into HIIT with beginner-friendly workouts. You can find tons of short HIIT routines online that are designed for people just starting out. I’ve found that doing HIIT at home is convenient and effective for weight loss. To help with my journey, I Buy Wegovy Online, which has really helped me stay on track with my goals.
