Hi there,

What academic year have you applied for and when do you expect to get the council tax bill?

Hi there,

A student has up to 9 months from the 1st day of the academic year to submit evidence so you do still have time to submit it. Once received it is taking approximately 25 working days to process.

Thanks, Drew

Sorry we cannot confirm this from here. This is because all of our processing timescales are subject to change. If this is processed after your payment date and you are entitled to a higher amount, you would receive a backdated payment within 5 working days of the reassessment. Thanks, David

Hi safaree,

In this case, we can accept what is referred to as 'non standard evidence.' You can provide the tenancy agreement/mortgage statement with 2 other household bills in their name only to show that they are single. You may need to start a live chat on your account so that you can request a Marital Status Declaration form to be sent to you if you don't already have this. This should resolve this for you.
