SFE Evidence Cover Letter

Hi there, I saw it on my student finance profile, that I need to upload an evidence cover letter and the evidence is my share code, while I sent that before together with my application. Could you please help me what should I put into that cover letter? Thank you.

We are unable to access online accounts on the student room. Have the only requested your share code or is it your home office letter/email?

Hi there, it's only the share code, but I sent it together with my application.

Hi there. Sorry but as mentioned above because we cannot access your account I cannot check why this has been requested again. If the share code is still required I would advise uploading this to your online account to be reviewed. This then takes around 15 working days to be processed. Thanks, David
