Hi I’ve got an offer and I’m really keen on getting forward before the year starts. Do any first year students know the best way to do this or even which order the modules are studied? If anyone knows pleaseeee let me know
Congratulations on your offer! I do not study Law, however, I can give you some information regarding your query.
You can find out the modules studied within the Law LLB course at Southampton here If you click on each module you can see which Semester they are studied in. So the modules you study in Semester 1 will be the ones you study first. There will be also information regarding the content of the module. And so, you could use this to then read around the topic if you are interested in reading ahead.

No it isn't. You will have to click on them to see which semester they are in. You will be studying 4 modules at the same time per semester. Some modules are year long and last for both semesters.
Semester 1 is October to January. Semester 2 is January to June.
For the LLB Law,
In Semester 1, you will study Criminal Law, Foundations of Contract Law, Legal System and Reasoning and Public Law 1: Foundations. These are the modules you will study first.
In Semester 2, you will continue with Criminal Law and Public Law: Foundations since both these modules last the whole academic year. You will also study Legal Skills. And, then the other module is optional.

I did IB, initially I applied on politics and IR and they wanted 32 points and 655 at HL but at the end of my exams I achieved 31 and 666 at HL so I transferred to law. 655 is basically equivalent to ABB and 666 is equivalent to AAA which allowed me to switch course. But it was in clearing for ABB on results day xx
