The Pro's and Cons - any advise from RAF PTI's or recruiters welcome
thinking about this reserve role ex mil before and If it was a right fit how hard is it to transition to regular RAF?
How's Promotion between them ?

There aren't any current Recruiters on here, and never seen a PTI, which is why I suggested your AFCO.
