Need Advice on UK Law School Application as an AP Student

Hi everyone,

I’m currently an AP student planning to apply to UK universities for a Law degree. Here’s my current situation:

I have two AP scores of 5 and three scores of 4.

I’m planning to take 2-3 more AP exams in May next year.

The application deadline is this October.

I’m wondering whether participating in the EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) is necessary or beneficial for my application. I’m feeling quite conflicted about this decision.

Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

What AP scores are required at the universities in which you are interested?

The application deadline is only October for Oxford and Cambridge; for all the others it's January.

Are you taking APs at a UK school?
Does that school allow you to take EPQ alongside APs?

I just don't know if I'm going to learn EPQ

I am studying AP in the US, but I want to apply for a university in the UK. Now I don't know whether I should study EPQ or not. If I plan to study EPQ, I decide to find an extra-curricular institution to study.

My point is this: if you have the required AP scores then doing an EPQ would be a waste of time and energy.
