likely missed ucl cs offer by 1 grade, suggestions?

hi,
I have an offer for computer science at UCL. it is a non contextual offer, A*A*A with A* in maths
I did 4 a levels: maths, further maths and two sciences. (in one of those sciences i know the grade won't be high enough so I'll consider that subject irrelevant)

i think i did achieve the A* for maths and A in further maths, but I think i missed the A* in the third subject. I could have missed it by a handful of marks but maybe more

does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do to maximize my chances of still being accepted? for example, maybe I should email/call UCL to explain and ask about it?

On results day I thought it would be good to call them asap, and maybe mention my STAT score since that was strong. Does anyone have suggestions for other things I should mention, like a project i did during the holiday to show I'd work hard at uni?

also if anyone has any similar experiences, especially with UCL, please feel free to share! Thanks
Unless you have mitigating circumstances that affected your exams, there is no point emailing.

They’ll make a decision based on the grades. There’s still a chance you might be accepted, but they won’t know until they review everyone’s AL results.

You are over thinking this. Its good to have an idea of what you will do on results day, if you don't get your offers. But for now I think you need to put it from your mind and enjoy the break.
You won't know what you got or what they will accept until results day

Try not to worry. Get out of the house; go and 'do things' instead.
As above, you may do far better than you expect, and the Uni may still accept you as a near-miss.
