A lot of the keywords in Business Studies can usually be self explanatory. You can google for these and find them on pages such as:

As I don't know which exam board you are with, you would have to look this up for your exam board yourself. Having said that, all exam boards are similar with what they teach, so looking up one should give you similar information on what you would need.

(The worst part is I have switched to business from Science😭 and I have to cover all the stuff of business within these 4 months)

I am not entirely sure why you have to switch to business, since it's not a required subject for most business degrees or jobs that involve business. I am also not entirely sure why you chose to do an AS as opposed to a full A Level (unless you're doing IAL).
Should you wish to do a business degree at most universities or go into a business related role, you would have been fine with just A Levels in the sciences.
