What are some of the best uni's to go to for the best music education?

People say Im a talented musician and so I decided that I'd run with that talent and try find the best music uni's around England. Any ideas on where a grade 9 student can go?

The RNCM, Cheetham's, the RCM. These are all quite difficult to get into though. Leeds University does some very good music courses so I've heard.

You need to decide on whether you want to go to a university or a conservatoire.
