Gyg - y10 (going into y11)

Helloo, I have just finished y10 and will be sitting my gcses in 2025. Im aiming for all 8s and 9s (mostly 9s) in'shaa'Allah and I wanted to make this to hold myself accountable and revise over the summer. I have a lot of free time so I want to be able to use it to my advantage and really solidify my y10 knowledge ).

Alhamdulilah I’m happy with my y10 mock grades, although I would like to bring Spanish up to an 7/8 atleast for y11 nov mocks 🙏🙏🙏.
Tbh i just have no idea how I’m going to structure my revision this summer😭. I keep procrastinating (it will be the death of me) but I’m hoping to start with going over my science + Spanish flashcards. Does anybody have any tips on how I could structure my revision for the holidays?

make a revision timetable?
it rlly helped me when i was in exam week
put in enough breaks and free slots for rest, lunch and stuff, and incase u want to focus on smth a bit extra
try and keep to it (ik its hard, im such a procrastinator, so by the time i acc start, im behind half a subject lol)
but space them out nicely, so ur not doing, say too much maths one day, and too much sciencey stuff another

im in yr 10 going into yr11 too btw
also trying for 8/9s and rlly want to revise this summer but idk if i have enough will power lol (im such a bad procrastinator)
anyways, ill be watching this thread to try and motivate me through ur efforts xx

English language- 9
English literature -8
Maths -8
Biology - 9
Chem - 8
Physics - 8
Geography - 8 (grades were capped at 8 for some reason)
Religious studies - 9
Spanish - 6 (im not good at Spanish sigh)
Alhamdulilah I’m happy with these grades, although I would like to bring Spanish up to an 7/8 atleast for y11 nov mocks 🙏🙏🙏. I would like to maintain these majority of these grades aswell (but I’m praying for a 9 in maths 🙏)

hellooo, i dont really have any tips for english language as i didnt revise for it (oops) but time management in the exam is the most important thing imo, but for english lit i really recommend memorising as many quotes as you can and pay attention to the writers choice of language + the effects on the reader!! dont forget to include lots of context aswell. for geography literally just learn key definitions and case studies

the month before exams i was aiming for 3-4, but obvs you can spread it out a bit more as its the summer holidays
that was after school days and i didnt plan the weekends
lemme put a pic...

this kinda contradicts what i said before abt trying to not put too many sciencey subjects on one day lol
but this is js personal preference of mine, as i focused on the ones im bad at
for example, drama isnt on there, as i didnt need to rlly revise for that

We can take our art packs home if we want so I take mine home and complete my coursework and I already do 4 lessons one week and 2 the other week so I always finish most of the work in schl.
