"Open University Authorisation Denied" when trying to access online resources

Hi there!

I am starting at the OU in September, doing a degree in Health Sciences as I would like to go on to do a Graduate Medicine degree afterwards. I have full access to my email, StudentHome account, student discount, etc., but when I try to access online resources such as textbooks or medical papers by logging in with my OU account, I am greeted with the following error message:
Open University Authorisation Denied Sorry, you are not authorised to access this page. This page belongs to a service that you are not authorised to use.

Does anyone know why this is? I briefly had this problem when registering for TOTUM and other student discount things, but it seemingly fixed itself. I just want to do some additional reading before I start my degree!

Thanks in advance! ❤️

Hi! I'd recommend talking to the OU's computing team, they should be able to sort this out for you. You can find their contact info here: https://help.open.ac.uk/contact (scroll down the page to where it says 'Computing and Distribution Helpdesk')
Do you mean your module website material?.if so they won't show until the course is open..
