ucat vs medify scaling

hi all, just wondering what the difference is between medify scaled scores and ucat scores (as seen on conversion charts) - for example, most ucat conversion charts say that a 35/44 on vr is 800, but on medify you need roughly 40/44 for an 800. does medify just scale harder?

Yes I have found Medify's Scaling Harsher than Medentry and the Ucat , Although this is just my personal experience

I think medify does usually scale harder bc I did better on my UCAT than medify mocks - but this is just for me, it could be different for others

Hello! If it helps, I averaged 2422 across 8 medify mocks—but I achieved 2900 in the real thing

I'm Not sure tbh but when i sat the UCAT last year i found medify a lot harder than the actual UCAT exam. I find Medentry much more easier than medify but this is subjective to the individual

omg congratulations that's an amazing score! gives me hope cuz the highest I've gotten is like 2640 on medify, it sucks bc it scales you based on what everyone else got that uses medify and rly puts me down which is annoying.. ppl say the ucat was easier is that true??

Hi i've been getting around the same on medify and was wondering how the QR section compared to your actual exam. I find the medify QR questions to have way too many steps involved sometimes.

your post gave me so much hope. because i am averaging about 2400 in my mocks as well. although when checking from ucat calculator it gives me about 2600. how much easier did u think the actual ucat was

Same here. Its confusing when people say med entry is harder. Medify is harder in my opinion as well
