Studying device for OT

Hi, I’ve applied to study Occupational Therapy abroad and was wondering what equipment/devices would be most suitable to use for studying at university? Would a simple iPad with a keyboard be enough or should I get a MacBook?

You will have the same basic computing needs as a nursing student. Check out reply 4 from this thread:
Laptop buying advice
Macbooks are good. However, it's the price of them. And in your work you'll be using Windows laptops / desktop computers. Which means that a Windows laptop makes sense for you. Spend less than £250, ideally less than £200, whilst still buying a fairly recent used, premium business laptop (from HP, Dell or Lenovo). Something that's built to last and is nice to own and use.

Best size of laptop for you will depend on your mobility profile, as mentioned in the other thread.

On top of the laptop, pens and paper and folders.

Enjoy your course and enjoy your working life in this field beyond that.
