I’m starting foundation year this September at westlakes campus. Does summergrove hall also offer option of catered and uncatered accommodation?

It's brilliant to hear that you have applied to study here at UCLan. Our Summergrove halls offers mainly catered accommodation which for an extra £75 per person per week students have their breakfast and evening meal included. You can have a look at a sample menu for catered accommodation here. The catered bedrooms also include a kitchenette.
At Summergrove there are also some self-catering bedrooms which have access to a large shared fully equipped modern kitchen.
