I’ve graduated with a bachelor’s in anatomy and I want to do a masters in medical ultrasound.
Does anyone have any advice on how to find a placement as I need to find a placement before applying and I am really struggling.

You will face a lot of competition from other applicants who will be better qualified. The traditional route into sonography is to train as a nurse, midwife, radiographer or radiotherapist, gain post-grad work experience in hospital, and then apply for sonography placements. If you really want to pursue this, consider a 2-year pre-reg masters in radiography or radiotherapy as the starting point.

Congratulations on your graduation. I’m in my last year of radiography and want to do a masters in ultrasound. I’m struggling to find a pathway to do this due to the issue with placement. I’d be keen to know if you find a route and any tips x
