Masters loan ineligibility

Hi,
I applied for a Masters loan for an MSc in Psychology with the University of Wolverhampton and when I checked the status today it says ineligible without details why. I finished my BA (Hons) last July and got funding for that, could this be why? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

When does the Masters course start? Have you received any evidence requests from us?

Thanks,
Ross

It starts on September the 3rd. No request for evidence, ie birth certificate because my passport is out of date, the status changed immediately to ineligible as soon as I’d finished my application.
Thanks

Thanks for confirming.

Does it show online the reason for ineligibility?

Thanks,
Ross

Hi Serasee,

We can't see the reason why your application has been made ineligible without account access. If you can give us a call on 0300 100 0607 or start a live chat through your online account we will be able to assist.

Thanks,
Calum

I’ve spoken to the postgraduate loan team and they can’t see why it happened either! Just need to send in my birth certificate and then all should be ok, thanks again for your responses.
