Which Company to choose for a Finance graduate scheme?

Hi everyone,

I'm a final year Accounting and Finance student that recently finished my placement year and also managed to secure a maternity contract for my final year with my current company. I've started researching into different firms to apply for graduate schemes that starts next September. Does anyone have any experiences of joining a Finance or Finance related ( i.e. Audit, Tax, Risk etc) grad scheme? Which company do you work for? I would love to get some info about the qualifications you're doing? company support, study leave, pay in particular? Thank you in advance.
P.S.1: I'm looking to do join a grad scheme to do my ACA.
P.S.2: I currently have an offer from my current company for a grad scheme with a £26k pay, which is not a lot. So, pay is important but it's not everything.
