Pre reg Msc Physiotherapy University of Liverpool Wales finance
I am starting my masters (pre reg Physio Msc in Liverpool) in January and I am looking at applying for student finance (SFW). I have read that we only get half of the full post graduate loan (18 grand) as it's 2 years, however people have said that it may be eligible to apply via undergrad funding. Does anyone know if this is true and how to go about this? Also, if it isn't the case, does anyone know where I can apply for grants/loans etc to get help to continue living in Liverpool?

You need to phone SFW and ask if your pre-reg masters is eligible for undergraduate funding (it would be if you got your funding through SFE).
As you are studying at a uni in England, you should be eligible to apply for the NHS Learning Support Fund for the annual training grant of £5,000 per year, plus other benefits:
