Deferred entry

I have an offer to study Photography this September at UAL, but due to some changed circumstances I want to take a gap year and thus defer entry until 2025. I enquired on the UAL portal a few days ago but haven't heard back. I noticed though that on the portal itself I can change my academic year to 2025/2026 (it is currently set to 2024/2025). I don't want to change anything incise it jeopardizes my application so I was wondering if anyone has any advice? There also doesn't seem to be a phone number I can call which is annoying as ideally I'd want to talk to someone at UAL to make sure I do everything right
