UAL CAS Number

Hey everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has received their CAS number for 2024 entry.
I'm an international student coming this September 2024 to do my MA, but have still yet to receive my CAS number.

I've received an unconditional offer in February, and paid my deposit in March. All of my documents have been accepted, and I already have my UAL email, so I'm quite confused and worried that I still have not received my number.

My course starts 23 September, but the move in day for hall accommodations is on the 7th, so I'm hoping to arrive on that date. I'll also need the CAS number to defer my national service reservist obligations.

I've tried emailing the university but have not had any success with a helpful reply, and had no reply from the admissions team. I'm not too sure how else I can reach out to them, and honestly the only thing I can do right now is to wait in panic mode lol.

TLDR:
For incoming students, have you received your CAS number? If so, when did you receive them?
For previous/current students, when did you receive your CAS number?
For current students, is there any other way to reach out to the university?

I received it two weeks ago. Same admission offer and payment timelines as yours. I don't think going after them would help because they are processing everyone's letters and know when you are eligible for one. Wait a few days otherwise try calling them to explain your situation.

Hi!

Please don't worry. If you have submitted all your documents correctly, your CAS should arrive soon. The university is handling many applications at the moment, so not everyone's CAS arrives at the same time, but it does come in due course.

In the meantime, it would be good to have all your other documents ready so you can start the visa process immediately when your CAS arrives.

For some reassurance, my CAS arrived in mid-August last year, and I applied for my visa the very next day. I received it within a week. So, please be patient.

Hi!

Please don't worry. If you have submitted all your documents correctly, your CAS should arrive soon.The university is handling many applications at the moment, so not everyone's CAS arrives at the sametime, but it does come in due course.

In the meantime, it would be good to have all your other documents ready so you can start the visaprocess immediately when your CAS arrives.

For some reassurance, my CAS arrived in mid-August last year, and I applied for my visa the very nextday. I received it within a week. So, please be patient.
