Offer from University of Birmingham to study Law with Business in clearing

I received an email from the University of Birmingham stating that I have met the conditions upon verification, and they are happy to offer me a place through clearing. I followed the necessary steps and made them my firm option on UCAS after declining my place at York and ignoring offers from Cardiff and Bristol. It has been two days since I put Birmingham as my option on UCAS, but they still haven't confirmed my place. I'm getting very nervous and anxious because if they don't accept it, I will have no options left. How long does it usually take for them to process this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
