Kingston Communication Concerns

Hi everybody,
Multiple people including myself are awaiting responses from Kingston University about the MSc courses for nursing. We are yet to hear back about our RPL (record of prior learning) forms and as a result lots of students have been left feeling a little stranded.
Multiple students have tried to contact the university with no responses for months or received poor responses, we got told last two weeks ago we would hear last week, still nothing.
Loads of international students are on a clock to get their CAS and VISAs done in time and upcoming deadlines and with no response from the university and a very short time to go, many will miss the opportunity of going to university this year.
Myself I am from the UK, however in the 'hopes' I have got into Kingston, I have had to hand in my notice at work because I have a notice period that if I waited any longer means I would not be able to start my course as I would still be in full time employment… SO far, I am aware of at least 10 students having this struggle and trying to see if there are any others?
