I've uploaded my evidence documents in the student dashboard before the deadline... But I've received an offer rejection from UCAS. Can this happen?????

As above, contact the uni. Only they can tell you what the issue is (or whether it was simply a mistake at their end).

Is it possible that the reason I was rejected is because my grades were lower than my expected score? UCAS told me that the reason I was rejected was because I didn't meet the conditions. Did I get rejected because my grades were lower than the expected grades I submitted, even if it was higher than the conditions required by the school?

Did you meet the specific offer conditions?
If you did, you need to phone that Uni asap.
They can reverse the rejection if it was a genuine mistake.

No, that's not a valid reason to reject you. Your predictions are irreleant once youve received the offer.
As above, I'd contact the uni ASAP to find out what has happened.

Have you meet the offer conditions? If you have, then the university are obliged to honour the offer. If you haven't then they are not.
