Apply early so you get the interview as quick as possible, take your time like fr all you need to say is some good lines and it’s cool. Assessment centre all you need to do is be yourself, Keep the time cause that’s something interviewers like to see. Try to ask proactive questions to the group and be the person to take notes of other people ideas. In the assessment centre your given a task to talk amongst each other that’s why. Video interview take time and also try to speak in front of the mirror. It’s helpful as it mirrors what you would be doing. Don’t break sentences try to say a flow of thoughts. With the firms recent cases you can easily attribute them to questions like why do you want to join PWC. You always start off by a 30 -45 second mark of what you know about the firm. Then once you say it , describe how you like the firms recent cases I’d recommend applying to the EY and Deloitte one. Got both offers so ofc message me if you need help

Hi could I have some assistance in the Deloitte application for audit

i got into the pwc flying start degree apprenticeship for accountancy (with QMUL) and the deloitte brightstart apprenticeship for audit, also got to the final stage for EY but rejected cause of the offers above. Honestly, my main tip for video interviews is to relate your experiences with the question. For instance if the question is about how you've showcased time management think about how you can use the experiences you've done and apply it. That's all they want to see. Try not to rush the video interview stage as each word counts. Also for every company you apply to, research its values its recent cases and plug that into your answers.
This is generic advice but when you go through the process just PM me and I can help you out with the application stage. This can be for EY, Deloitte and PWC.

Hi, i would like to get in contact with you but for some reason it wont let me PM you here, do u have any other social media apps ? - reddit/discord could work

Sounds like you've got lots of experience so far so I don't think your constraint will be your online application. It's more likely to be how well you perform in interviews and assessment centres. Here's some tips for you that helped me get 8 degree apprenticeship offers.
1) Prepare for the common interview questions. There are usually 3 types of questions in degree apprenticeship interviews so if you know answers for these questions, you will be much better prepared and perform better

General questions - e.g. why do you want to work for this company? why do you want to do a degree apprenticeship? what are your strengths? why would you be a good fit for this role? what are your weaknesses?

STAR-based questions - e.g. tell me about a time when -> you were a leader / you were part of a team / you solved a problem / you showed integrity / you spotted a health and safety issue. MAKE SURE YOU PREPARE THE SCENARIO YOU ARE GOING TO USE AND ANSWER THE QUESTION IN THE FORM: SITUATION, TASK, ACTION & RESULT

Scenario-based questions - e.g. what would you do if -> you saw someone doing something unsafe / you had to work with a difficult colleague / you had to complete multiple tasks at the same time

2) There are also other parts of the assessment centre. One of these is the group exercise where you have to complete a task in a group with other candidates. For this, I'd recommend including as many people as you can and asking for the opinion of the quiet people in the group - this will help show you are a collaborative team player which makes you a very attractive candidate. Also, be the person to track how much time you have left in the activity - no one ever thinks of this but it shows you're proactive and have time management skills.
3) Another part of the assessment centre can be delivering a presentation which you have made beforehand. I'd recommend practising this over and over again until you're completely confident - this will help with nerves. Also, don't just read bullet points off the screen as this is unprofessional and reflects badly on your communication skills.
Hope that helps and gives you a tiny bit of help with the interviews and assessment centres for degree apprenticeship applications. If you want any more detailed advice with assessment centres (and virtual interviews in particular seeing you're not as confident in those), feel free to let me know and I'll send over some resources to you.

Hi, thanks for this. It was really helpful. Which apprenticeship did you take in the end? Can you also give me a brief explanation of what an auditor (privately owned business) would do in their day to day job?
