How many times a day do you eat?

rn 2 because my sleeping schedule has messed up my entire day but usually aim for 3/4 with protein shakes in between.

Thrice a day. If a snack now and then counts, even four times. For the weight it is more important what you are eating, if that is your point with the question.

Snacks are hard to resist. Chocolate is my weak spot, however I have reduced my consume for weeks successfully.

I usually have three meals a day, plus some snacks in between—especially during long work hours. It’s always nice to have quick options around, and sometimes I’ll grab something from a food vending machine when I need a bite on the go.

Since this year: 3 times and fruits and wholeheadbread as light snacks. Avoid sweets as frequently as possible. That is my new diet in 2025.

Ideally 3-5 small meals a day + some snacks...
Practically 2 times a day because when I'm busy at work I forget to eat. I'm trying to include eating in my schedule.

I usually eat 2 meals a day, and the rest are snacks. I definitely eat breakfast and lunch, and skip dinner.

x2 a day normally around lunch and dinner time with a small snack inbetween i like to do fasted cardio in the morning so i find this works for me
