I have an offer to study Photography at UAL this September, but I want to defer until next year. Is it true that you can defer once you receive your grades on August 15th?
you can ask and he university might accept or decline.
You can ask whenever, (as above, they might say no). If you are certain, you may as well ask now rather than waiting until their busiest period of the year.
