Physiotherapy or Marine biology

Which course will give me the most opportunities after I graduate ?

If you're looking for immediate employment and, in a sense, guaranteed employment for your entire career, it'd be physiotherapy since it's much more in demand.
However, don't let that persuade your ambitions and dreams. If you're willing to put the work in, marine biology will offer you the opportunities you want.
It's not about the number of opportunities available, it's about the drive you have for those opportunities, and that's bound to get you someplace you like and enjoy, and will reward you more than money or ease of mind can.
Your aspirations are meant to be hard - go for what you want! As long as you work for it.
