engineering supercurriculars

Hi i am going to year 12 and aiming for top unis. can anybody give me a list of supercurriculars that i can do? It would be better if they are linked to mechanical or electrical engineering.

Python: model building, data analysis & presenting data/results (for science/engineering applications).

Id definitely say read lots of engineering and physics books, Uni's love that stuff. you can also do some sort of camp before the start of your year 13. Also documentaries really help. and the you just yap about that stuff in your personal statement.
