How stressful is an architecture degree at uni?

I've wanted to study architecture for as long as I can remember & have always been a keen designer. However, work experience with a development company has captivated me, and I am now considering potentially studying urban planning.
I've noticed a recurring theme with architecture students saying they feel overwhelmed & are constantly working late at night. I do love architecture, but I don't want to end up regretting studying it at uni if I means I'm going to feel stressed all the time.
I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how stressful studying architecture is & whether urban planning would be good route to pursue?

In general, you will probably find that you have a greater workload than the majority of your flatmates. This can be hard if you have other interests that you want to pursue at uni too.
