I applaud your effort to resit your exams, but this question is so ambiguous on so many levels.

Difficult in relation to what?

If GCSEs are your only qualifications, then the iGCSEs would be more or less similar to what you did before. If you have never done GCSEs or iGCSEs before, then it can be relatively challenging.

If you have done A Levels, degrees, professional qualifications, etc. then iGCSEs would be a doddle. If you have no qualifications and left school before GCSEs and have done nothing since, then it might be the most difficult thing you would have to do.

We would need significantly more information to give you an appropriate answer.

Do note: if you are based in the UK, I recommend doing GCSEs as opposed to iGCSEs since GCSEs are more recognised in the UK. iGCSEs are the international versions and are for students outside of the UK getting the UK equivalent.
