Masters loan instantly denied

I just applied for a masters loan and filled out the details and everything and it’s instantly said that I’m ineligible and I’m going to receive a letter in a couple of days explaining why. Does anyone else have this issue ?

Are you sure you applied for a 2024/25 loan and not a 2023/24 loan?
This decision is usually when people apply for a masters loan for the current academic year (which they already have undergrad funding for).
