university of manchester foundation year

I applied for comp sci with foundation year with a contextual offer of BBB. After doing my exams I may possibly get BBC, BCC or CCC. I checked ucas and people with the first 2 sets of grades were accepted. Can I still get in with CCC?

Those historic grades are from 2019-2023 so there’s no guarantee.
It’s up to Manchester.
It’s a good idea to have plan B and C in place in case they aren’t able to accept you. Do you have an insurance choice that you like? Have you looked at the universities with clearing vacancies for CS? There are likely to be some good options for applicants with CCC

Thanks for replying. My insurance is Manchester metropolitan and I should be able to get into that if my results aren't good enough for uni of and I am currently making a list of clearing options. After reading more on the historical grades from 2019-2023 the top 10% and bottom 10% of results are omitted and contextual applicants aren't included at all so I'm hoping this could increase my chances slightly.

UCAS don’t know which applicants met a universities contextual criteria in a particular year. They aren’t excluded from the entry grades information.

Oh ok that makes sense. So would you say that there's still a small chance of me getting in?

How do you see what grades were accepted on UCAS?
