So what is the exact issue?

Usually, when people want to resume education after their undergrad, they normally go into postgrad. Most postgrad degree courses accept undergrads that are issued within the last 7 years. Some don't have a time limit.

I can't see the problem with you continuing with your education. If there are issues that you want help with, please elaborate.

Your health isn't generally a factor in your admission to a UK university. It may present a minor problem should you study a degree that requires you to be fit to practice though e.g. some degrees in healthcare.

If you are not doing a degree in an area where you need to be fit to practice what you do, then I don't see the problem in you applying for a degree at a UK university.

Do you think gap years students can easily get admission in uk universities.

I scored 86% in 10th grade and 94% in 12th grade.

As impressive as those grades are, I think your main concern is whether you can get accepted after a gap in your studies.

If you want to do a second undergrad (for whatever reason), there is usually a time limit of 5 years or so. If your qualifications for 12th is 5 years old or older (some are as short as 2 years, some unis don't care), you might have issues getting admission for undergrad degrees.
For postgrad degrees, they're more lenient generally asking for your undergrad to be no older than 7 years old (if it poses an issue). Otherwise, they might ask you to do supplementary courses prior to enrolment.

Students with gap years often don't particularly concern universities in the UK generally, provided the qualifications you use for enrolment aren't particularly old (mentioned above). What usually annoys universities is if you accept a place on their course, but then upon acceptance you decide to defer for a year (e.g. you applied for 2024-5 entry, but upon acceptance you told the uni that you want to delay doing the course and do it in 2025-6 or 2026-7).

What should I do?

It depends on what degree you want to apply for.

If it's a postgrad, you would need to apply through the degree course page - they would specify the things you would need to do. It's a pretty standard application process for degrees.

If it's an undergrad, you would need to apply through UCAS - you would need the code for the course page.

If you are concerned about the time limit regarding your qualifications, I recommend either contacting postgrad or undergrad admissions (depending on which type of degree you are going for) of the university you intend to apply to. You can normally find this information on the university's contact page.
