Student Accommodation Tenancy Takeover

Hello, my name is Lily and I'm wondering if anybody studying in Leeds this September would be interested in taking over my tenancy in Symons House as I will no longer be studying in Leeds.

This ensuite room is part of a 5 bed cluster. Your room will measure around 15m² and comes with a double bed, study area, ensuite bathroom and ample storage. You will also have access to the shared kitchen facilities, common room, study room, games area, cinema room, onsite gym and roof top terrace.

Symons House is a gorgeous new luxury student accommodation in Leeds offering a range of stylish studios, ensuite rooms and apartments in the centre of Leeds, round the corner from the Leeds Grand Theatre. The accommodation is perfectly located to provide easy access to all of the city's universities. It is less than a 7-minute walk to Leeds Beckett University and only an 11-minute walk to The University of Leeds.

The rent is is £225 per week and will be payed in 3 instalments of £3,825. The start date of the tenancy is the 7th of September and will finish on the 30th of August 2025.
