Cas issue

Hello! I am an european citizen and I've read online that my nationality doesn't need to provide financial evidents for the visa process. However, in the CAS Shield, it does say I need to provide that. What should I do? I have 2k saved and my parents will vire me money monthly to support myself, but I don't have it all right now as it's like a monthly "income". Please help!! I have a tuition fee waiver too for my course!

No, you should not need to provide it. In CAS Shield, it should ask you whether you or someone else is making the payments. In this case you would say that a family member is making payments. Then it should ask how much money you have (this would be your parents' account, not yours). It should not require any documents, and neither should the visa application. However, UKVI may ask for financial evidence after you submit your application, in which case you would have to provide your parents' stamped bank statements. As an American, they asked for no proof or documents, so you are probably good.
