Is it better to call, send an email or fill out the 'Advance Registration' form?

So I'm in clearing because I didn't meet my conditions. I found another school within my conditions (UoSheffield) but there seems to be multiple routes from my understanding. I am willing to call to inquire, but the idea of an interview on the spot makes me nervous. I was more keen on sending an email, but that might take too long. So far I am filling out the form they provided on their Clearing guide, but I am unsure if this is the right process.

If anyone has any advice, please help me. I fear I might be too late but so far the form shows that there seems to be a vacancy (which I really really hope they do).

you would be best ringing. you will be able to answer any queries they have. it is the best option at this time of year.

Im a bit scared i might mess it up. Im not that good at speaking on the phone. I mean if theyre just askig for information I might have a chance but if its an informal interview i dont know how well i would do.

They dont have time for an informal interview. They have loads of callers and it is fitting students to spaces.

Yes I agree with swanseajack1 - I man the phones during our Clearing and it is always best to call and clear things up. It would not be a interview so much as a friendly chat making sure you know what you are applying for.

Best of luck!

Oh. Because a lot of websites and advice make it as though some schools ask about course interest and results.

Either way, since i got my ib results quite a long time ago, is it beat to ring them now or shouldni wait until a levels get theirs?
