Medicine waiting list

I am in the waiting list for Southampton medicine course. If I don't meet the grades for my conditional offer uni, would Southampton consider me from waiting list, if I meet the grade requirements? They mentioned they will first consider students with no offer so how does it work if I have no offer on results day?

You shouldnt be on any Medicine waiting list if you are holding a Med offer at another Uni.

Southampton waiting list letter said they would remove anybody with a firm offer or med elsewhere, so I wouldn't expect you to be still on their waiting list unfortunately.
