Grades last year

Hi so i achieved two a levels last year and didn't get the grades i wanted, I've been doing a second year of a seperate a level this year and have gotten offers from different unis, as unis gave leniency to candidates last year due to the higher grade boundaries ,i just wondered if they may give those two a levels some leniency as they were achieved last year, or if i would be compared to candidates of this year. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You will need to meet whatever offer those Unis have now made you.
Unis tend not be be that interested in school-leavers perceptions of changing grade-boundaries - in their eyes, an A level is an A level regardless of the year you took it.
