Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Aston or Coventry

I've just finished a Foundation Year in Engineering and Applied Science at Aston Uni and have been accepted onto the Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree. I'm currently trying to apply to Coventry university through clearing as it's a bit closer to home for me (I commute due to home commitments) and was wondering what people have made of each place?

TIA

Hey there,

I just finished my second year at Coventry University in BSc International Business Management and I can share my experience with you!

I think Coventry University would be a great choice for you! The Coventry University campus is scattered around the city centre so walking to class is never an issue and it's super convenient. Also, Coventry is a student city which is great when it comes to socialising and making friends. Being close to home is never a bad thing and the convenience of it can't be undermined! I've had a great time here in my 2 years at Coventry and am looking forward to my third!

Do let me know any questions you've got and I'd be happy to answer all of them!

Kind regards,
Roshan

Hi, I would really appreciate your insight. I am looking at the business and social sciences foundation programme as I really want to do economics here but miss requirements. I can’t find any help anywhere else as I make my decision. How was your experience? Easy or hard? Did people look down on you? Did it concern you that you may be older than ur peers now? These are all my concerns at the moment, any help would be appreciated thank you
