is IR much better at St. Andrews than Edinburgh or are they similar?

is one significantly better than the other? I want to be a diplomat after university and was wondering if one of the options significantly helps me with opportunities for that job or if they are more or less the same. Edinburgh seems much more enjoyable and less cramped, but I've heard the St Andrews IR course is definitely the best in Scotland.

St Andrews is widely regarded to have the best IR course in the UK with LSE a close second. i highly recommend it merely for the fact that Americans and people from other countries all come to St Andrews mainly for IR, so it has that international vibe, you're not just going to be in a class with 200 other Brits
