out of my three a-levels (politics, sociology, & geography), i find geography the easiest as it is an extension of the gcse and you don't really learn many new topics, more just new formations and terminology.

Do you find it clear-cut? I heard sociology is really synoptic. And what exam board did you do?

i did aqa at gcse, and am doing edexcel at a-level. human geography, as usual, tends to be quite self-explanatory, similar to how it is at gcse, so if you're doing good with it now, you'll do good at a-level. in terms of physical geography, again, it is pretty straightforward, and there aren't really any topics that i find particularly difficult; the only difficult thing is memorising case studies (there's a lot), and making sure you are precise, and not repetitive.
sociology is very synoptic, and tends to get very content heavy as it focuses on all perspectives on a certain topic, e.g. crime. i personally find it tedious at times and i think the amount you are expected to write to get over 27/30 within 40 minutes is insane, but it can be very interesting and links to human geography when/if you study culture.
